This policy explains what personal data Viral4All (Ethio Viral) collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, Telegram username.
• Order details: products, prices, order references, and the account email or username a product must be delivered to.
• Payment details needed to verify a payment: transaction references, payer name and amount. We do not store card numbers.
• Basic technical data: IP address and approximate country (used to show prices in your currency and to prevent fraud).

How we use it

• To deliver your order and send you its details.
• To verify payments and prevent fraud.
• To answer support requests.
• To send service messages about your orders. Promotional messages can be turned off at any time.

Sharing

We share only what is needed to deliver an order — for example the email address a subscription must be activated on — with the supplier fulfilling it, and payment references with the payment provider checking them. We do not sell personal data.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep order and payment records as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data by contacting support.
